- An all-American at N.C. State University, where he advanced to the NCAA singles finals in 1978
- Twice an ACC singles champ and won a pair of ACC doubles crowns.
- Ranked as high as 14th in the world as a professional, He won two professional singles titles and three doubles championships
- Sadri is a member of the North Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame.
